Overall, very satisfied with the stay; it's value for money.

Pros: The Hotel was very near to Disney Theme parks; also, it is very near to other attractions like Orlando Eye. The rooms were very clean. We felt very safe during our stay. The check-in and check-out process was very quick.

Comfortable, lovely staff and clean

Pros: It was in a great position. It was inexpensive and it was a perfect day for one night. Not sure it had everything I would need for a week or more.

Cons: They only gave you one coffee. That was no breakfast.

Pros: Very satisfied, fairly clean, good location. The room is cleaned every other day, which is fine. Free parking and a nice pool.

Cons: They could clean a bit more thoroughly and the sheets are a bit stiff, but otherwise very good value for the money.

Pros: Greeted by friendly staff. Office, pool area, room were all very clean. We attended the Capone Dinner theatre so the location was perfect.

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Pros: The front desk lady was great. We checked in well past when they closed and it was so easy to get the key from the lockbox and find our room. Their communication was great as they messaged me several times to ensure that I knew how to get there, where the key and room were, and gave me a phone number in case I had issues. The room was comfortable but dated which was not a deal breaker. Checking out was easy and the accommodations appeared clean and well taken care of. The pool area looked nice as well. If I was to go back to Florida I would consider staying at this hotel as it would have everything I needed.

Cons: Nothing much. The room was dated and in need of updating but was not terrible. If you are super picky or expecting something super fancy this is not the room for you. The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable.
