If you have a car this is an Ideal location for exploring - Gatorland 10 minutes away

Pros: The Hotel has been extensively renovated and modernized since a lot of the pictures that are on Bookings everything was brand new and the room was spacious and immaculate. I would definitely stay here again and this would be my go to in the Kissimmee area

Pros: The mattress sagged in the middle and wasn't very comfortable... When we were checking out, someone opened the door and interrupted us... I didn't like that part.

Cons: The fact that they changed the mattress in the room and that the cleaning person didn't open the door without knocking scared me.

Pros: We enjoyed it here, facilities were great! It was off season, so had the pool to ourselves most evenings. The location is great for exploring central florida

Ideal central location to explore

Pros: Excellent location, 25mins from the airport Shops and resteraunts walking distance. Lovely pool

Cons: Perhaps the air-conditioning unit in our room could do with an upgrade, as it was noisy, but don't let this put you off. We stayed an extra 5 nights as we loved it!

Cons: A little far from the main attractions, which wasn't a big problem since we were by car.

It’s a great place to stay. It has a Pool to relax There.

Pros: Clean room. Well maintained. Quien. Excelente staff, kind yet profesional. It’s the second time i stay and if returning to Kissimme i will stay there even if i have to drive long to stay there.

Cons: I hope it had a small restaurante.

Pros: good breakfast , could do with toast , too much sweet and not enough savoury, great location staff very helpfull, shower wasnt working told them and it was fixed before breakfast had finished

Cons: Beds were not thst comfortable, Please replace fridge in room (A309) I had to use chair to close fridge door. Or you need to replace seal. Shower head Need to adjust. Water keeps hitting the floor. Seal door on the bottom.

Pros: The best hotel you can stay in for sure 😊. They are amazing in the office and great service. We come back again 😀 in the guy names David, hi is a maintenance worker, hi is an amazing person, hi take care so good of everything that you need. thanks a lot guys for your job.
