The resort is good, with a few extras it could be great, however I would stay here again due to its location.

Pros: The location was fantastic, it had great water pressure and the was plenty of amenities on the resort.

Cons: The beds was really hard and I found them uncomfortable, there wasn’t much kitchen equipment in the property, however it was available from the reception it just wasn’t ideal to keep nipping there every time you needed something. Also the pools was cold, made nightly swimming difficult.

great townhouse with laundry and kitchen in a very good location

Pros: very good hotel, a bit old but very good maintaned. the laundry and the kitchen were very good facilities, also location is great. is a townhouse in kissimmee

Cons: the townhouse was a bit old and had carpet. was not dirty but could be renewed.

Fantastic stay!

Pros: The appartment was big, clean and had everything you needed: big fridge, dishwasher, washingmachine. Unfortunately the dryer did not work in our apartment but that was oke. The staff was very friendly and helpfull! And nice that the pool is open until late. The poolbar closed around 7.00 pm, it would be a 10 if it was also later opened :-) Parkingplace in front of your apartment, a small shop 24/7 open to buy drinks or food. We will come back for sure when visiting Orlando again!!!

Cons: My husband was a bit too tall for the shower. He is around 1.85m and could not stand completely underneath the shower.

Great little resort

Pros: Pool, waterside, lazy river, and hot tub! Friendly staff. Pool bar with some grub. Two-story townhouse with plenty of room for a family of 4, and pool towels provided, plus washer and dryer... very convenient.

Cons: The townhouse feels dated. It was fairly clean but needs a refresh.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond.

Recommend for families with younger kids.

Pros: Good facilities, shuttle to theme parks, parking, independence and lots of space. Kids loved pool, slide and mini golf. Good base with younger kids. Staff very helpful, especially when we had a cancelled flight.

Cons: Bit away from Disney and universal. You need a car.

Clean well appointed accommodation with super friendly and helpful staff

Pros: All the facilities were well kept and clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Enjoyed the quiet pool and hot tub the most!

Pros: It is central to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores I never brought children but it would be a great place for kids to come. Lots of activities. Pool was warm and lazy river was fun Nice quiet pool in another area of complex that I never knew about with a hot tub ! Enjoyed very much. Townhomes were pleasant -kitchen was updated -comfy bed - hot water for showers and a in house washer dryer which was really nice. Supplied a small detergent package which was appreciated.

Cons: Wifi was a little slow at times while watching a show at night but good other times

Great location and ample facilities with lots of things to do

Pros: The facilities were great and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the views. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons: The water slide was broken for the entire duration of the stay or maybe it remains shut in January I am not sure.

Awsome stay for families!

Pros: Awsome location next to restaurants, awsome entertainment team and pool area with hot tub. The houses are cute and offer everything

Cons: The only thing we missed is a facility to have breakfast.
