Comfy, clean and reasonably priced.

Pros: The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is 5 mins ride from Universal studios and has shuttles taking you there and back for free. The people at the reception ard very helpful and polite.

I really enjoyed my stay and will be recommending to friends and family!

Pros: The breakfast was yummy! Location of the hotel was easy to find. The facilities were clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of parking space available which was awesome. The pool looked really appealing though I didn’t get time to use it :( Loved the covered areas for walking to access the lobby from the room.

Cons: Though the breakfast was delicious, a wider variety could be offered. Bigger towels or more towels can be provided.

Good value stay

Pros: All the basics you need and good for the price! Reception staff were helpful and lovely!

Cons: Hairdryer wasn’t very powerful and the breakfast wasn’t great but you get what you pay for - would stay again!

My family's stay was well enjoyed fun and memorable.

Pros: I absolutely loved the location and convenience of the Hotel the property was clean and quiet.. No complaints to report other than wishing we had a microwave in or room, but the overall experience of our stay was amazing.

Cons: No Microsoft was available in our hotel room we had to walk down to the lobby to use one on the main dining area of the resort.
