Excellent experience

Pros: Customer service was superb. Friendly, responsive and welcoming. The rooms are superbly laid out, comfortable and very well equipped.

Cons: The breakfast I felt was a bit basic and could be improved, maybe add one additional hot choice. Toast option with jams etc. However the breakfast was adequate.

Excellent suites near UCF

Pros: Nice suites with small kitchenettes near UCF - ideal for our purposes; the theme parks are furrher away, though. Checkin at night went well. Room has good space, sofa, comfy bed. Note that suites come in 2 options: table with 4 chairs or (homeoffice) with a desk. Breakfast available with a great waffle maker. Coffee available throughout the day near the front desk. Also has a small store and in-house washing machines.

Cons: Breakfast would benefit from cold cuts/cheese and sliced bread. And more ecological options than paper plates and plastic cutlery.

Pros: Good location, very friendly front desk staff, and clean room.

Cons: Breakfast room is too small. Food quality (cold breakfast sandwiches) and lack of choices. Not a good breakfast experience, but guests can cook breakfast in room.

Be careful.Expensive Pet fee!

Pros: Very clean and comfortable room. They have everything you possible need.

Cons: I understand pet fee but no one told me it will cost me $150 for 5lb tiny dog( Pomeranian)per night.i think Excessively too high.and No Amenities for dog like they said they will.

Excellent location, rooms very spacious and comfy, very nice staff!

Pros: Very friendly and professional staff! The location was perfect for what we needed and so many cute areas nearby with food, shopping, walking, etc. The rooms were fantastic- very spacious and comfortable! The breakfast was also very convenient and plentiful. Pool was great and relaxing!! We'll definitely stay here again when we come to the area!!

Cons: We had a stay from Friday - Monday, so 3 nights, and were a little surprised that housekeeping didn't come in. It wasn't an issue at all, as when we asked for more towels we got them, but we just thought for a 3 night stay that housekeeping would come around and at least make the bed! But not a big deal at all!

Friendly staff. Great room and place to stay if I didn’t have to bring a pet

Pros: Full kitchen and big size fridge. Free parking is great. King size bedroom is great and spacious

Cons: Pet fee for 1 night is $150 is outrageous especially for a less than 10 lb dog.

Great location

Pros: We had an early start to our day, and after student move in at UCF, and late lunch, we were really looking forward to some down time. Before heading out again for dorm room necessities. When we arrived at the hotel, we realized we were too early for check in. We were just happy to be out of the heat and seated in the lounge area. After that the front desk employee went ahead and checked to see if our room was ready, and without having a lengthy wait, he checked us in, gave our keys and we were on our way to the room. This was much appreciated, thank you! Parking is good, always able to find a spot even if returning late, well lit. Close to gas station, restaurants etc. This has been our number one hotel to stay when in the area.

Cons: Our stay was a good one, but first time using the sofa bed, which was not as comfy as expected. Other than that, nothing else to report. We will be back.

Our AC wasn’t working properly in our first night at the hotel,but they promptly offered us an another room!

Pros: Clean, spacious and location to UCF university. Super attentive and friendly staff from front desk office to maintenance team.

Pros: The room was great. There is a full kitchen with stove and microwave. I was able to stock the fridge and actually cook which made eating much cheaper during our trip. It was a great value for the price.

Another great stay

Pros: Breakfast had good options, and on day 2 they had the delicious egg white kale quiche, wish they had it every day or another egg white option. Customer service was great, from front desk to breakfast staff. Location was great, gas station nearby as well as restaurants for lunch, snack or dinner. Will be back.

Cons: Can't think of anything, all went well.
