Pros: This hotel was booked just as a break before a long drive. Receptionist was very pleasant on arrival and helped with food directions. The room was large, very clean and the towels super soft.

Pros: Breakfast was good could do a little better for gluten intolerant people. Staff in the breakfast area and at the desk were awesome very accommodating.

Cons: That you had to go to the front desk each time you needed new towels etc.

Sort the eggs and toaster!

Pros: We stayed for 5 nights over a 7-night period and we were warmly welcomed by the staff on our return! Everything excellent (except breakfast - see below).

Cons: Breakfast had 2 major problems - the scrambled eggs and the toaster! Omelettes were fine but the scrambled eggs were rubbery and not nice. They needed less cooking for a lighter texture. The single 4-bay toaster for all guests was really old and slow which led to occasional queues in the breakfast room. My suggestion would be to replace it with 2 fast, modern toasters so everyone can have toast! I made the same comments after our original 3-night stay so I don't expect this review to be used as it's pretty much identical to my first one. The room fridge was tiny too - I didn't mention that!

Nice place, great people.

Pros: The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast didn't offer a lot of variety day to day, but it was hot and fresh. The location was mostly great for my plans.

Cons: The shower had come loose at the lower conection to the wall. This was causing stress at the top connection that was causing a leak. No big deal really. I did not tell the staff.

Good place to stay and good value for the money.

Pros: The breakfast was very varied and supplied well. Liked the possibility of hot and cold offerings. Location was very central and close to shopping and restaurants.

Cons: There was no maid service provided daily. Had to request it. The floors in the public and room areas needed to be mopped more often. Was sticky from dropped food.
