Would stay again when I come back to the United States

Pros: Beds are insanely comfortable. Being able to work out, swim and have breakfast every morning was great

Cons: Room services were lacking during my stay. Only having them come once whilst I stayed

The staff really made our stay great and helped to overcome the lack of comfortable bedding.

Pros: The staff were the best!!! All of them so friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was more than expected and since we had family there we truly enjoyed being able to share breakfast each morning together.

Cons: The bedding was really uncomfortable. What should have been a fitted sheet on the bottom did not stay in place and bunched up every time you moved. Also, it was hard to regulate the temperature in the room at night.

Overall, the stay was a good experience.

Pros: Breakfast was average, but it was timely and plentiful.

Cons: I think there should be protected boundaries and areas, where animals are not allowed. Unfortunately, not all owners are responsible. Animals were in food areas & relieved themselves in common areas. I am an animal lover and I try to be considerate of others, especially those who might have allergies.
