Paradiso Grande 6 bedroom New Home - 10377

Pros: The place is beautiful, especially the avatar room. The pictures doesn't do it justice. The TV inside the room is also bigger than what's shown on those pictures. The place was clean, it's currently very new as the time of writing and we didn't hear any construction, so it was calm and quiet. It's close to many things and there's parking enough for 2 cars, one in the driveway and the other at the front of the property. Lastly, the pool is awesome, it's shallow enough on one side (the other deep enough for swimming) to be comfortable with seats all on the edges, we had setup a projector and watched movies in it.

Cons: I had some very minor complaints. The main TV doesn't have a soundbar so its sound is rather bad (we paired a JBL boombox to resolve this). I'd have wished to be provided some basic amenities for the stay like good toilet paper but those were simple enough to get. The bigger annoyance was that the pool feels not completely private because the mesh at the back, especially the full height door, means if someone was to walk at the back of the property they could peer in (we fixed that with 2 projector screens) but the host could resolve that easily with some blinds. None of those issues detracted much from the stay and they are all resolvable with creativity so I'd say that they shouldn't stop anyone from experiencing the house.
