Perfect venue for Christmas and NYE celebration

Pros: Location was perfect!! close to so much and didnt take long to get to any of our planned adventures (Magic Kingdom and Universal)

Cons: Kitchen had some small ants on the counter, but once i contacted the owner he sent someone to take care of it; only thing i would change about that is KNOWING when someone was coming, they had came and gone and i had no clue. Side bar, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Zevos for your bug issues, works wonders in my own home.

This is a beautiful home, impeccably clean, in a great location, and PERFECT for families.

Pros: The home is beautiful and designed for guests with children - there are themed rooms that kids will love, including a room with bunk beds connected by a slide. The game room was amazing! The property was also very clean which we appreciated . The location is ideal for Seaworld and Universal.

Cons: Customers renting via Booking.com should be aware that this is a third party rental site so the cancellation terms are stricter. Also, the street was noisy when we were there - the first night a large party of people showed up across the street with horns honking, the second night someone set off fireworks - both events at 2 am.
