Pros: The best thing about the property and the resort was its great location in relation to all Disney and Universal parks. Publix supermarket nearby covered all our needs and also The Loop, for restaurants and shopping. The community pool and gym were enjoyed by our family.

Cons: We had two main issues with the property which were not dealt with by the host to our satisfaction. A smoke alarm required maintenance as it began to sound at 2am, we reported this at 8am and were assured it would be dealt with promptly, it was still sounding at 4pm, and was only resolved at 10pm after many texts and calls. The alarm was disabled rather than fixed. The bedroom doors if locked from the inside can be opened from the inside but if they are then closed from the outside remain locked and entry is prevented. There was no mention of this in the welcome file. On reporting this we were told an access key would be located on either top of doors, on the unit in the entry hallway or in the kitchen drawers. After checking all of these locations none were available. On advising this, the hosts response was no one was available to rectify this and it was not her fault/problem, but ours. It was obvious looking at door frames that this was not the first time this had occurred as they were scratched and dinted. We rectified this ourselves by purchasing a tool. Other observations - Two beds show signs of wear, requiring new mattresses. The games room requires maintenance, the ice hockey table does not work and there are no pockets in the pool table which is not level. The property as a whole is coming up to requiring redecoration. The other issue we encountered is the noise levels from nearby properties especially at the weekend increase, the occupants do not respect the resort quiet hours.

A large, spacious and well equipped property in a great location for the theme parks.

Pros: The house was clean, spacious, well equipped and in a great location. I would highly recommend this property to others. The house had its own pool which was cleaned each week. The estate also had a lovely communal pool and a gym for our use. The host was most attentive.

Pros: Adoramos nossa estadia de 19 dias . Bruna a Proprietária foi muito atenciosa. Casa com uma cozinha espetacular , lindo condomínio e ótima localização. Valeuuu....

Cons: A academia do condomínio estava fechada, e a piscina não aquecia.

Top quality

Pros: Very spacious. 6 en suite bedrooms. Air conditioning. Very clean. Everything you need to start the vacation. Ideally situated. Gated community. Felt safe there. Nicely decorated. Pool was lovely. Just loved the place. The owner was excellent to deal with. Very quick to respond to any queries. A couple of minor diy items sorted asap. Can't commend him enough. Would thoroughly recommend this house

Cons: Very little to complain about but the pool table in the games room was in poor condition and the basketball game didn't work properly either. But neither impacted our time there
