Huge family vacation

Pros: This house was great for our family of 11 trip to Orlando. Plenty of space for everyone in a nice gated community. The house had all the basic elements for a comfortable stay with a great kids bonus room for them to play in. Most of the beds comfortable and all showers worked well. Pool and pool spa was heated for our stay which was a godsend after long days of sight seeing. Washer and dryer worked well. Bruna was very quick responsive in addressing our queries and requests. Definitely need a vehicle as a fair distance to amenities but plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from in local area.

Cons: The property is as displayed and is very well used and not well maintained which is very evident with some bed mattresses dipping, the downstairs couch uncomfortable due to wear n tear, floor and rug were dirty, everthing was well worn in and some minor damages ie, door on pantry had fallen off and left leaning on wall, missing towel rails, bathroom sliding door off rails, but my husband rectifed, towels were threadbare but immediately replaced when asked for new ones, screen enclosure had fallen sections. None of these issues hindered our stay but did disappoint us on arrival. I still recommend staying here.

Pros: The property was in a perfect location and very safe place. It was big and beautiful home with lots of space for everyone staying. The house was beautiful and Bruna the host was a perfect host, any questions we had was answered and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again🥰👏👍

Perfect for a 2 week stay in Orlando

Pros: The villa was in a lovely area and very close to everything we needed (Disney, Univeral and Shopping Outelts). The villa itself was perfect for the 7 of us each with our own rooms and bathrooms. The WiFi worked the whole time, which I had seen previous comments about, but it worked fine. Each living area offered a great choice of TV.

Cons: There could have been a few more kitchen household items included, baking trays, tin foil and cling film, washing up liquid, tea towels and kitchen roll, this isn’t something we expected to buy on our holiday. After arriving on the first day, anyone who wore white socks or bare feet in the house ended up with black feet. I am not sure if the floor had a deep clean before we arrived. Otherwise everything we needed was there and was very happy with our stay.

We had a fantastic time away with our family. Would definitely stay at this villa again. Great size and location!

Pros: Fantastic location. Lots of space. Kitchen was well equipped. Bruna, the host, was great! Got back to us straight away.

Cons: We had to dig out our phone from the sofa in the living room - there were dirty socks in the sofa bed as well as a couple of toys. Luckily we didn’t need to sleep on it/ use it. The pool cues didn’t have tips so couldn’t play and one of the sliding doors in the property didn’t lock.

Pros: The pool and lanai were great and very well used. We really enjoyed it. Wished the spa was an actual hot tub but we paid extra for pool heat so it was an \

Cons: We are not complaining at all, these are just recommendations - definitely need more plastic ware for use outside and containers for storing leftovers and stuff. Repairs needed to the kitchen sink, the tap was loose and moved all over the place, in my experience as a property manager, that is a disaster waiting to happen!

Pros: The house was VERY spacious & clean!! In a gated community. Not far from Disney!

Pros: La casa en general es excelente, hermosa, de gran confort y muy buen gusto en su decoración, equipada con mucho mas de lo necesario.

Cons: No pudimos usar las instalaciones del barrio, como el gimnasio o la pileta comun, estaban cerrados y nadie nos supo decir cuando iban a estar disponibles.
