Wonderful time with family at a beautiful place!

Pros: The property was beautiful, clean and the staff was friendly, quick to respond to my needs and fixed any issues efficiently. My family really enjoyed our stay, it was in walking distance of our other families home, so we just parked and walked.

Cons: The limited parking and the check in process. I had to put my patience pants on to get through the gate. Maybe during holidays, have more than one person for checking in. I really felt bad for the person at the front gate, people were being so mean, rude and disrespectful to her. I’m just glad, I was able to get in, she let me know how about an error on my reservation and how to fix it, so that my husband and son, (who weren’t able to drive up with me), could get in without being detained at the gate. I really appreciate her for that.
