Stunning Townhouses 5 Minutes away Disney!

A clean, spacious holiday home with just a few minor issues.

Pros: Spacious and clean. Well equipped. Lot of cooking equipment. Pleasant, quiet area.

Cons: Only 3 wine glasses ( one of which was broken) No brush for sweeping floor. No instructions for any of the appliances and equipment - these would have been very helpful. Also no information about waste collection or recycling. We had trouble with the pool, unheated for 3 days, appeared to have been swiched off. A light above the outside townhouse number would have been appreciated, as they all look very similar when returning in the dark.

Amazing stay in a great house!

Pros: the house was really clean and had everything needed

Pros: We liked that the location is very well secured. The house itself was just as the pictures shown and is was made really homey, we felt at home away from home, we will sure miss this house and will definitely rebook this same location, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Cons: What we didn't like was that there was no broom, mops or anything to maintain the floor clean.

Pros: Lots of space and storage. Well equipped and beds were super comfy.

A place I would always like to stay felt very safe and welcome !!!

Pros: Ok I am not the type to write reviews but this one is 100% detailed to how I felt. I just had a death in the family (my father of 92 year's of age) and needed to get away. I felt 100% safe, mostly clean, never disturbed and got as much peace as I was going to get during these hard times. I have my dog's that are part of our family and they were never disturbed and I appreciated there were no extra fees for having them. They behaved amazing which to me feels they were comfy as well. I would stay here again, just a couple of thing's I would like to point out but nothing that would make me not stay again. Super close to everything btw major supermarkets, food, resteraunts etc... If you are a Disney family like us GREAT place to stay especially with your furry friend's !! 🐾 If a couple of thing's were fixed I would definetly give it a 10 !! I looked for 3 hours until I finally booked here and it was a great desicion all thing's considered.

Cons: The fridge said 99 days + of an old water filter. (I LOVE water and have to drink alot of it due to my medication and unfortunetly didn't feel comfortable drinking from fridge which is something I am use to) Went to Walmart and purchased 3 packs of water and luckily that solved it. I did not bother to tell them so maybe had they known it would have gotten solved right away (just wish they would have paid more attention to little details like that) The pool I wish it would have had a cleaning net there were alot of bugs and truthfully didn't like that. (With a net would have cleaned myself) The beds were very very springy if that makes sense you feel everything and not too comfy. Kid's ended up sleeping with me in the Master (not an issue but people with back problems would be horrible) The bathrooms were not too clean, grout lines were very black and just not clean looking (I am a very picky person with cleaning again expected for $270 a little bit more to detail) Pizza trays were very greasy, looked like nobody ever cleaned them (maybe they didn't know) Fridge on top (I am a neat freak when it comes to dust) cleaning crew for $270 apparently isn't cleaning so detailed, just being honest. A/C vent downstairs under ac unit also looks like nobody ever cleans it, I have pet's and I have pictures before we got inside and very dusty. (Again a cleaning detail) No laundry detergent or softener most places I have gone usually leave you a start up (not a big deal to me because I truthfullt like to bring my own but in case other's don't think of it) Being super detailed because the Host (Company) if you read this if you fix these small details this would be a place EVERYONE would want to stay !! Thank you again for everything !!

Pros: Modern and clean. In a quiet area and lovely facilities

Excellent stay and location but just a couple of points which could have been better

Pros: Location was excellent Able to use the communal lazy river and pool complex included. Everything was clean Communication was good

Cons: Paid extra for the bbq and it didn’t work - had to go buy new gas but we were reimbursed and staff communication was excellent. Didn’t eat dinner until 10pm. We paid for pool heating but it was like a jacuzzi perfect for some but with young children it was too hot No Tea towel - even one would have been great Bath towels were small and a bit worn Salt and pepper would have been useful too Instructions for tv would have been good too Sofa a little uncomfortable for large party Toaster needed replacing.

Better than hotel experience

Cons: Some cosmetic damage on bedside furniture Extra charge for heated pool Lack of washing machine detergent and toilet paper

We had a fantastic, extremely comfortable stay. Sad to leave. Would recommend wholeheartedly and would love to return in

Pros: Spacious and well equipped. Location, ideal for Disney world. Pool very nice. Very comfortable.

Cons: Not much! Very minor point - not much comfortable seating in the lounge area.

Pros: The close proximity to everything. Airport 30 mins and all the attractions within 30 mins drive. Food shops within 5/10 minutes drive Lovely private clean pool and bigger than we had thought it would be. Fully equipped kitchen. Aircon throughout. 3 bathrooms (1 with bath). large master ensuite upstairs with another 2 large bedrooms and seperate for bathroom upstairs. Downstairs another double room with a bathroom. Very quiet whilst we were there. Lovely communal pool area with large pool, small lazy river, children's playground and bar.. All immaculate. About a 3 minute drive from property on the complex. Plenty of towels to use at the property and a huge washing machine and dryer to use. Coded entry so easy to get to property. The property management people were great when we did have a query. Almost instant response. Lovely huge comfy beds.

Cons: New chairs in the eating area around the pool are desperately needed. All have sunk and are unusable. Front door needs addressing as it is currently boarded up When you arrive it makes the olace look derelict. Once you are in the property it is lovely. Couldn't find the TV remote Grout in the floor tiles in the ensuite kept coming up.
