Beautiful townhome, just needs some minor adjustments.

Pros: Seclusion. No one bothered us and we didn’t bother anyone else.

Pros: Brandon was awesome. The prior reservation I had double booked two families, and he took care of us within 15 mins and had me and my kids some place to stay. That meant alot to me because we were 6 hours away from home.

Good budget option close to parks.

Pros: Our stay was an excellent value. The townhome offered great amenities. We enjoyed the playgrounds and the pool area is nice.

Cons: The townhome needed some TLC such as caulking around the tubs and showers. We also had some issues with the dishwasher.

Pros: Like the quietness and gated of the community. Didn't experience the pool. The location was good. Close to everything we wanted except Volcano Bay. It was about 30 to 40 mins. It is in Kissimmee, though, and most parks are over by international drive. We did everything there except Volcano Bay, so it wasn't bad. Need sheets/ blankets available for pull out, but we didn't use it. I didn't like the cracking noise of the tub. It was very clean, and the few issues, Brandon was contacted, and he took care of it quickly.. I didn't have many bad issues except the downstairs toilet issue. He did send someone right away to try take care of. Overall, it was good stay with minor issues. It can use a little upgrading, though.. Overall it was ok we were gone majority of the time.

Cons: The crackling tub. Patio furniture needs replacing. Didn't like there was no extra trash bags, rags, etc. They did bring few extra towels.once called. But it was only 1 rag per bathroom, and it was 4 of us.
