Family Getaway Townhome at Lake Berkley 15min to Disney

Lovely house in good location, but need a better property service company

Pros: Good location, with parking. Access to Pool. Clean & spacious

Cons: Contacted property agents within first 24 hours (as requested by them if we need any assistance) We requested dessert spoons as only 2 spoons for 5 persons. Also back terrace light not working. We were told these things would be sorted asap but during 6 days, none was done and no further contact from them. Also both double bedrooms did not have any quilt covers - only bare quilts on the beds which I don’t consider hygienic.

Pros: A casa é muito confortável e espaçosa. Estávamos em 6 pessoas. O condomínio onde ela está também é muito bom e seguro. A localização para quem está de carro foi ótima ... cerca de 20 min dos parques da Disney e 30 min da Universal. E os anfitriões sempre responderam rapidamente a nossos pedidos.

I loved everything.

Pros: I loved everything about the property. It was very peaceful, I love how safe I felt , I loved the fact that it was a gated community and every time you pulled in and out they would make sure they check to see if you had your car tag. It was nice , clean & spacious. I loved the back patio it was very nice and just all around so warm & welcoming. I would 100% book again.

Pros: Fantastisk fin plass som vi trivdes godt på. Kort vei til det meste noe som vi setter utrolig stor pris på. Hadde leid denne leiligheten igjen en annen gang!

Pros: Es muy cómodo, excelente ubicación muy limpio, me encantó.

Pros: Preço bastante razoável, localização muito boa e equipe muito atenciosa. Casa limpa e bem completa. Bons equipamentos fogão, microondas, geladeira. Quartos amplos e confortáveis. Bons espaço na sala e na sala de jantar.

Cons: Banho 2 não foi possivel utilizar a banheira. Foi preciso chamar um técnico para consertar o chuveiro da suite. Não havia panelas grandes para cozinhar. Porta da sala quebrada. Tomada dos quartos não funcionam.

Overall, we had a nice relaxing stay.

Pros: It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I also liked that it was a very short walk to the pool. An added bonus was that a Walmart and Chick-fil-a were conveniently right down the street. A welcomed sight after travelling for 12 hours.

Cons: Unfortunately, all three bedrooms were upstairs making it very difficult for my elderly mother to go up and down. However, that is in no way a knock on the property. I should have asked about the layout in advance.
