Book for the home not the CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Pros: Beautiful home... exactly what we were looking for. You will NOT regret it...

Cons: Only way to speak to someone is through email. So when i tried to extend my stay i was literally going back and forth through emails. When i got annoyed i asked if i can speak to a live person. She told me sure call the 1800 number only to find out i spoke to a live person who took ALL my information down and said someone will call me back... i waited for 3 hrs and noone called then i emailed back to ask how i can submit payment to get a message saying it wasnt available anymore. I had to pack my childrens bag and leave the following morning... it was a disaster a horrible way to end a family vacation.

Great stay! Would recommend!

Pros: Location was perfect for parks and grocery stores House was perfect for our family and friends Pool was great but if you want it heated you can't just have it heated for one day, must pay for each day you are there. Same with hot tub so we didn't use much when we had a down day at the house. Regardless, great amenities. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all to have privacy. Parking is limited to 2 cars but it was plenty for us. Would recommend!

Cons: One zone for a very large house for a/c Mattress could be updated to nicer quality
