Great Place Close to Many Orlando Attractions

Pros: Location it's great. Number of rooms (3) and beds (5) great for the price. Everything you need for a family or couple is here. Also they answer questions quickly which is appreciated.

Cons: I'm only being nitpicky, but some behind the scenes cleaning is needed, e.g. the light fixtures need attention, and maybe better mattresses for the beds for better comfort, but overall a great stay.

Pros: Muy cómodo, excelente ubicación. La relación calidad precio vale la pena.

Cons: Sólo faltó algo de utensilios de cocina (cucharas pequeñas) y sartenes más nuevos.

Perfect vacation home

Pros: Such a nice townhouse in such a great area. The pool was a bit cold but that was fine because we went to the clubhouse pool most of the time anyway. The host was super polite and understanding. They answered any questions I had very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place! Everything is real close by. Shopping, restaurants and all the Disney Parks.

Pros: A localização é muito boa, tem o Sunsetwalk ( Target, TJMAX, Ross, restaurantes e lanchonetes). Do outro lado da pista tem o Hoop 24hs, Lazy Dog, Taco Bell e outros. Obs: Kissimee precisa alugar carro, pois, a maioria dos locais, não tem como atravessar a pista a pé. A casa tem utensílios necessários. Máquina de lavar louça, Máquina de lavar e secar roupa. 3 quartos, 3 banheiros 2 com chuveiro e um lavabo na entrada da casa. Vagas para estacionar.

Cons: Quando fomos em 2014, estava melhor, tinha uma recepção mais agradável, o condomínio fornecia papel higiênico, detergente, sabão para lavar roupa e limpeza na casa 1 vez na semana. Agora, eles colocam kit para chegada e se vire para comprar. A máquina de lavar roupa, na centrifugação faz um barulhão e sai do lugar (Assustador). A casa tem a limpeza americana, ou seja, não muito limpa. Precisa de colheres. Arrumar ou trocar a máquina de lavar roupa. Retirar o tapete, pois, estava muito sujo e não é bom para alérgicos. Obs: Antes de chegar, perguntei sobre água para beber e fiquei sem resposta. A geladeira tem a saída de água, mas, compramos água, pois, não sabemos se tinha filtro ou se este estava velho.

It was value for money and I would book again if I was to return to Kissimmee.

Pros: It’s close to all or most activities or attractions in the area.

Cons: Some fixture could be changed for more comfort but it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be lived without.

Pros: I enjoy the townhouse the privacy of the pool at the location the peaceful vibes overall greatness will visit again in near future and would like to stay at same address
