1 week family holiday August 2025 , near Universal theme parks

Pros: The position, 20 minutes walk from Universal gates, the rooms were big and comfortable and kitchen featuring all we needed for a 1 week stay. Absolutely lovely and highly recommended for a Universal holiday!

Cons: Nothing, all was perfect

Pros: You cannot beat the location. Brianna is always super responsive and a true all-star host.

10/10 Amazing Stay

Pros: Really well maintained and cleaned, also they had basic essentials if you forgot anything, snacks, water, games on the patio, cute decorations, clean simple setup. Easy staff to communicate with.

Cons: Didn't have a clothing iron but it was fine bc I brought my own.

Pros: Perfect Location and size . Free parking. Hassle free check-in and check-out. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Universal Parks. Well kept property. Host left some water and goodies for use which is always a nice gesture. All rooms Master are really spacious with lots of storage luggage. Host is very quick on responding to any questions.

Cons: Really nice place and Nothing to dislike but would make some recommendations for improvements. There were a few pots and pans provided but would suggest an upgrade to provide some new ones with lids. Lighting in the second bedroom really dim. Air con is a bit noisy. Dryer works intermittently. Probably needs some servicing.

Pros: O imóvel é amplo, acomodando bem 3 pessoas. É passível de acomodar 4 pessoas, mas a cama auxiliar tem colchão um pouco mole. A localização é excelente, e o bairro também muito arborizado e agradável, ajudando a lidar com os dias de muito calor. Os eletrodomésticos são ótimos e o contato com o anfitrião também. A entrada é por senha na fechadura, evitando ter de combinar horário com o anfitrião. A vaga de estacionamento é bem próxima da entrada do imóvel.

Cons: O motor do ar condicionado tem um barulho bem alto e para dentro do imóvel, o que acabou nos acordando algumas vezes no meio da noite.

Pros: Property was clean and safe. There was a lovely little basket of free items. It was nice to have a quick snack upon arrival.

Better than expected! Would stay again!
