The Point Hotel & Suites - 705S Luxury - Pool view - Close to Universal

A great place to stay with your family

Pros: The host, Mr Ronaldo Esteves, knows how to serve with excellence. The property has a great location (The Point). There is all the items for those who need to cook at home. Impeccably clean. Close to Universal and International Dr Parking lot with lots of spaces and free. High speed internet. The level of detail is perfect, from pool towels to the manual on how to dispose of trash.

Cons: Everything was great

Well appointed, good amenities and loved the additional space compared to a single hotel room.

Pros: Location was perfect for us, very easy access to Universal (we quite often walked to Endless summer and jumped on the free shuttle buses from there, it took about 5 minutes to walk at most). Getting back that was always an easier option than trying to book and uber or lyft. The facilities in the hotel were as expected and on the couple of occassions that we spoke to staff they were helpful and courteous. The apartment itself was clean, well kitted out and worked really well for the three of us. Two weeks in a hotel room with an 11 year old could have been tense but the additional space this one bedroom suite offered was ideal. The view from the balcony at night was great and it became habit at 8pm to pop out there and sit with a glass of wine watching the fireworks from Magic Kingdom in the distance. Free parking at the resort was a bonus as well. Easy walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants, or a cheap uber to an almost endless choice.

Cons: The only negative (and this is being picky) was there was no option in the hotel to buy any water or snacks when we arrived at 10pm. A vending machine or other option for simple snacks / drinks would have sorted that. We did anticipate that could be an issue so was already prepared to drive the 2 minutes to walgreens to grab some water for our first night. (also my review seems to say we're from Switzerland, we're from the UK)

Pros: A localização é excelente, falta ao hotel um restaurante e bar.

Cons: Infelizmente não tivemos sorte de ficarmos na acomodação em momento de obras no entorno. Tivemos vários problemas para acessar ao hotel no período noturno.

Me senti muito confortável e bem localizado, com total assistência do anfitrião.

Pros: Localização muito boa, acomodação muito bem equipada, confortável e limpa.

Cons: Não teve nada que não tenha gostado. Tudo estava ótimo.

Very nice experience

Pros: The balcony view was absolutely beautiful and every night at nine me and my boyfriend were able to stand on the balcony and watch the fireworks from Epcot. Very, very close to everything.

Cons: My door lock did not work the entire time I was there. Anytime I left my room. The door wouldn’t lock. I was just able to open it right back up. I told front desk about it. There wasn’t much they could really do considering that it was a prepaid room. I was just really concerned with my property in there the entire time I was there.

We signed up for a week and ended up staying for ten days.

Pros: Nice quiet area, but still close to international avenue.
