Lovely home in a very good location. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Spotlessly clean and on a nice estate. Not too far from any of the major parks. Very easy access and the host was very easy to connect with.

Cons: Would have been nice to know that the pool heat was an extra charge prior to booking.

In 35+ years of vacationing & rental home owning in FL, we have never stayed in a cleaner home.

Pros: It has been a great pleasure to stay in his home and we enjoyed our stay here immensely. In 35+ years of vacationing, living, & rental home owning in FL (Davenport & Clermont) I would like to say we have never stayed in a cleaner home, not even our own homes on Weston Hills and if you knew my OCD wife this is quite a statement! In our days of ownership, the weakest links were always the management company and or the pool cleaner. Both Sara and I need to say this is probably the best management company we have ever encountered as guests and the pool guy is of the same high professional standard. The perfect light touch management approach of this company and the excellent cleanliness of this home just made our stay so much easier and more difficult to leave. Once again thank you and we will be back as long as you will have us? Kindest Regards Richard & Sara

Beautiful vacation home!

Pros: Beautiful home and very nice neighborhood. Will definitely stay at this home again next year! Just wish there were fans for hot nights. The A/C works great but it can't be lowered more than 72 degrees. Otherwise, gorgeous, clean, and big house!
