Luxury Family Villa Pool Hot Tub Close to Disney

Despite the minor issues we had, it was a wonderful stay and the house is really lovely

Pros: Location of the property was excellent. Amenities were excellent as well. Pool at the home was great,as was the resort pool.

Cons: Property could do with a refresh. One shower tray had a lot of wear and tear and could really do with a painting. Pool needed to be cleaned. We had requested on a pool clean on the first day, but it wasn’t done until the 13th day. We also had issues with access as we were given the wrong code to access.

I am glad my family have a wonderful vacation considering the issues we had with the rental company.

Pros: The home was very nice. It was large enough to accommodate our family.

Cons: I had several questions before checking in and it was difficult to get answers. We paid to have the pool heated and there were issues. One of the showers did not have hot water. Upon departure we were told we stained a pillow case and took game controllers. They kept $150 from our deposit and never responded to my requests to see photos. I have never in my life taken anything I did not pay for.

I really enjoyed my time here & would certainly book again when in the Orlando area!

Pros: The property was in a great location, close to Disney, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. The club house was also a lot of fun! Karaoke night was awesome!

Cons: Everything was great for us. We were a party of 8 people, there was plenty of space & lots to do.

Great house to enjoy Orlando

Pros: Nice and comfortable house, well equipped for family and/or group of friends

Cons: Poor light in the gaming room
