Pros: Plenty of room! Pool; location; loved the house w/a few exceptions

Cons: Needed deep cleaning; blinds over patio doors didn't close; dishwasher was out of order and had dirty dishes left in it with mold; granddaughter got citation for blocking sidewalk and it was stuck to the back windows on her new vehicle (nothing had been mentioned about not blocking sidewalk;
