Fanstasic villa in brilliant location

Pros: Fantastic location for Disney parks, very spacious and comfortable , lovely pool area, host made us feel very welcome, lots of useful things for us in the villa such as pool floats, lovely gated community.

Cons: Loved everything but blackout blinds would’ve been the cherry on top! Light mornings are useful for getting up early for the parks though 😊

Comfortable villa in a great location

Pros: Superb location, comfortable and great value for money. Loved the surprise of having an air fryer in the kitchen. Hosts were super responsive.

Cons: It was a little more worn and dated compared to some others but I think this was appropriately reflected in the price so I still think it was great value and a good place to stay.

Over all my family enjoyed specially the pool and hot tub after a long day at the parks and beach.

Pros: Great location. Great house and close to everything and nice and safe community. Easy to get to parks and shopping can't wait for that 7-Eleven gas station to get done and car wash.

Cons: AC could have been better in ground master bedroom. Screen around pool had some tears and had to clean the pool of thousands of mosquitoes because grandkids wouldn't go in unless clean. Some in party have allergies to bug bites so I try to tape the one side by screened door and it help a lot but they might have been another small tear somewhere some were still getting in but not as bad.

Great place to rest up or to be close to the parks!

Pros: Great location! Plenty of room for the family to enjoy. Nice washer and dryer. Big refrigerator and lots of kitchen appliances.

Cons: Had a concern about the pool and contacted the host. They responded quickly, but unfortunately all the pool service member did was take a picture of the item in question, and the concern was never addressed during our stay. We just kept out of the deep end near the drain.

We all had a great time together over the Christmas season

Pros: location was good and had enough plates, utensils for everyone to eat with and they also had a Christmas tree for us which was very nice to see. They had a bunch of Rice Crispy treats as well on the kitchen counter for everyone.

Cons: not enough hot water for everyone to take showers. I don’t like people going into the pool or hot tub dirty from a day at the parks so we had cold showers at times. The lay out of the house is not correct, the room that had 4 beds wasn’t upstairs it was 3 beds with pull out and downstairs in the front office room.

Amazing Family Vacation

Pros: This home was large and spacious. Everyone loved this home very much. We'd rent this home again without any hesitation.

Cons: Nothing!!

Cons: Had a problem with the air and a water leak, both was dealt with very fast!

Pros: The property was very beautiful spacious and comfortable. There was 10 of us and we were able to have our own space.

Cons: There was really not anything I found unpleasant
