Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort

Pros: Orlando is quite a backwater and if there wasn't Disneyland or NASA there, there's probably no reason to visit it. The Four Seasons Hotel is the best place to stay. Thanks to the water park, you can relax after a day spent in the fronds and traffic jams. It offers the classic top Four Seasons standard that you expect for your money. We visited the hotel after 5 years and since the last visit, the rooms are much nicer and more modern.

Cons: As a real estate investor and developer, I have a professional deformation of looking at details and therefore I have to mention that the air conditioning units probably remained original and there is quite a lot of noise in the rooms and in the dressing rooms where they are located, even such a noise that it is transferred to the suitcases that were placed there. There are glue residues on the wooden panels but that's probably my personal problem. As in other Four Seasons hotels, you need to reserve a place for breakfast, which is not entirely comfortable. On vacation, you don't want to plan the exact time when to get up and go to breakfast. Otherwise, you have to wait until it's your turn. We had a similar experience at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas where we resigned and ordered breakfast to our room, which is a shame because the breakfasts at the Four Seasons are top notch. I don't know what it is, probably the restaurants are undersized, we don't have this kind of thing in other hotel chains.

We absolutely loved our stay, it was a beautiful hotel and made our trip feel very special.

Pros: Fantastic service from every employee, gorgeous and luxurious rooms and setting, the pool complex and lazy river were exceptional.

Pros: Everything. Staff were incredible. Really went above and beyond.

Overall an exceptional hotel for families but also for guests without kids. World class experience.

Pros: Spacious rooms with modern amenities. Very very clean resort, everything was immaculate. The staff were fantastic and super helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was exceptional. Capa restaurant is fantastic. Very good facilities for kids without feeling like a kids resort. You could easily enjoy this as a couple without kids. Didn't feel too busy which was nice - plenty of room to spread out. Quite possibly the best hotel I've stayed at, ever!

Cons: There is currently construction works on the east side, which although was not noisy, spoiled the view to the east. The drinks service around the pool could be improved, a bit slow but the staff made up for it with their friendliness.

The best staff, beautiful hotel, wonderful vacation

Pros: The property is beautiful with amazing facilities. The spa was super and I had an amazing massage there. The pool areas are fantastic for kids. But far and away the best thing is the staff - from the minute we arrived in reception to the last bell person who helped us out with our bags every single staff member was extraordinary. So friendly and helpful and lovely. We’ve stayed at a lot of 5star hotels but never with this amazing level of friendly, fun service. Also really great was the WhatsApp concierge service. We used it all the time to check details, book room service from the Parks so it was there when we arrived back and arranged the spa. They were super responsive and really made our trip seamless. Would really like to thank them for being fantastic.

Cons: We booked dinner at Capa and found the food thoroughly disappointing. (Although our waitress was amazing and made our night great! Also would point out the food at Ravello was totally delicious.)

Absolutely fantastic.

Pros: Amazing. Felt very safe, the grounds fantastic, the staff super friendly. We really could not fault our stay. Construction work nearby so the hotel credited us despite not having too. We toured the USA’s top hotels and found this one to be our absolute best. From concierge to poolside, absolutely fantastic.

Cons: Slight inconvenience of local construction, easily fixed by the credit. Was not noisy or caused any issues.

Fabulous hotel with super service, pretty location.

Pros: We were upgraded to a pool view room as there were building works going on the other side. Lovely big room with everything you could possibly need. Attention to detail all the way here. Capa restaurant on the top floor was very nice and a view of the fireworks.

Cons: The bar areas need more thought, there was nowhere to just go and grab a drink, you always had to book in and they didn’t allow children to sit at the bar areas so was frustrating.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, the lazy river was just awesome, relaxing and not a whole bunch of crowd. Lots of activities for kids.The food was extraordinary. a wide variety of restaurants to dine. I liked Capa restaurant the most. Cleanliness of the room was just perfect and there was a spray jet bidet in the bathroom. Everything was just perfect. We definitely had a blast.

Lovely hotel, it really made our stay very comfortable.

Pros: Very clean, quiet, good sized rooms. Very quiet. Huge manicured grounds, good location. Polite staff, good service, nice food. Lots of pools, great for children and teens. Good kids club.

Cons: Quite an expensive stay. Buses to the parks which were timed wrongly (arriving too late if you want to use the early half hour opening) forcing us to get a taxi each day.
