Great rooms and great location but housekeeping very rude

Pros: Clean property nice rooms but the housekeeping people are very rude. They have a loud cart that sounds bad and woke me up at 10am. My stay was still 11am. She told me to kiss her ass when I told her to get a better cart for housekeeping

Cons: The housekeeping woman instead of apologizing for waking me up early she cussed me out.

Pros: The staff were nice and a great location. Next door to the gas station and directly across the street from Florida mall and tons of restaurants and shopping.

Cons: Needs some maintenance. Also part of my decision on this place was for the pool and we had no access to it at all.
