Pros: The property is right off the main road and about 10 minutes from Disney when there is lite traffic . The room was pretty big

Pros: The location was excellent. Everything was clean.You can literally walk to IHOP,, Del Taco, and Aldis. The continental breakfast was simple but that's what continental breakfast is. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The jetted tub was very relaxing. I would definitely stay again when we visit Kissimmee.

Cons: I had to bring my room keys down the front desk twice during our stay because they stopped working.

Pros: The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The lady in the evening checking us in was very nice and friendly. The free breakfast was very nice.

Cons: Pastries at breakfast would be nice. The shower hand held faucet could not be secured, when not being used was laying in the tub.

Ok and will stay again

Pros: The hotel was your basic hotel that has had some updates. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. However, the cleaning person really needs to change the vacuum and or mop buckets. The first room was horrible with the damp cloth reused over and over water smell. The desk clerk apologized and gave us another room. You could still smell.it but it was tolerable. The hallways even smelled like that(Floor3), but other than the smell the room was great for rhe price. It is dated because the sink is not in the bathroom, my daughter doesn't like hotels like that. Me I don't mind. Breakfast free and it was just that a free breakfast. There is a $50 hold that we found out at the hotel and the pool closes at dusk. Will I stay again, yes very convenient to everything. I just hope they do something about the smell.

Cons: I didn't like the smell so I opened the window and it made it better.

Wonderful, restful, friendly and helpful staff

Pros: Quiet away from the crowds. And the IHOP next door was great!!
