Perfect for what we wanted!

Pros: Perfect for what we wanted which was one night after a long flight. Arrived late in evening, picked up from airport from hotel shuttle which was great and very efficient, then got the shuttle back to the airport the following day to pick up our hire car. Lovely breakfast in the morning, lots of choice and staff helpful. Family room nice and big, we did have a problem with the internet but was sorted once we spoke to someone on reception.

Cons: Happy with everything.

Pros: The room and location was fantastic. The airport pickup and drop-off were brilliant. We would stay again. The staff were extremely helpful.

Cons: I would have liked a kettle but this is not really an American thing.

Great place to stay! Great location as near to airport

Pros: Good value Friendly staff Tasty cookies Free shuttle was brilliant Yummy breakfast - great selection

Cons: We did ask for a pack and play the second stay on the booking and in person (8pm) but never turned up so my son ended up in my bed as I was too tired to ask again and didn't want anyone knocking on the door too late

Overall it was a great experience

Pros: I love the free cookies and complimentary water. The hotel was very nice and clean A+.

Cons: In room 1015 the shower kept leaking all over the floor. Even with a towel on the floor water still was all over the floor. Also, our room key did not open the gate to park need more parking.
