Clean , comfortable hotel with friendly staff

Pros: A spacious room with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Very clean. Excellent hot breakfast, with high chairs available for children. This is very important for us since we are traveling with a little one. Friendly staff

Pros: Excellent location for those with a car. Spacious room for a family. Well-equipped kitchenette. Convenient breakfast and pool hours for those traveling from morning until evening/night. Self-service laundry available

Cons: Breakfast should include vegetables (there weren't any at all). The hotel's approach felt a bit too budget-conscious — for example, they didn't refill the shampoo in the bathroom daily (we stayed for a week), which was disappointing

Excellent stay in a spacious suite.

Pros: Very clean and spacious room with seating area and kitchen. Two large beds. Very friendly staff. “Free” parking and very good breakfast. There is a petrol station with a food store next to the building. Note: This is a pet-friendly place. Expect to meet a few bigger dogs in the elevator and lobby.

Cons: That I had to pay USD 8.- for two candy bars (the petrol station closed during hurricane Milton).

In all my travels this Home 2 Suites by Hilton is the best and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at.

Pros: This was the cleanest and best appointed hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The complimentary items in the room were all a traveler needed. I especially appreciated the almost full size refrigerator/freezer. The sheets and pillowcases were super smooth and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I honestly thought this was a brand new hotel and I was the first guest to stay in my room. Breakfast was good and I had no trouble finding a place to eat. There was a good variety of items to eat and drink, they were displayed nicely, and what I chose was fresh. The dining area, and various display cases and appliances were clean and well placed.

Cons: While quite adequate I believe the quality of eating utensils could have been better. The knives and forks seemed a bit flimsy and I struggled at times to safely cut some of the food. During the peak breakfast hours the two waffle machines could not keep up with the demand. Three machines would have decreased the waiting time and four would have eliminated the line of people waiting to use them.

Pros: Our room was great. My soon said the pull out bed was the comfiest pull out bed he's slept on. The pool was great. We chose this location. So we could go to Epic Universe, its 5mins from the park! Worked out perfect.

Cons: The milk at breakfast had spoiled buy wasn't out of date. That was our only issue.

Excelente, clima agradável e aconchegante.

Pros: Café da manhã com cara de americano caseiro. Algumas opções de frutas e muitos pães. Meus filhos adoraram ter sempre à disposição chá e chocolate quente. O espaço comum é muito aconchegante, mesmo quando fica cheio na hora do café da manhã. Havia uma lareira sempre acesa para quem quisesse ficar ao ar livre se aquecendo. A academia é simples mas supre a necessidade básica. A piscina aquecida não utilizamos, mas estava sempre limpa e organizada e é bem grande. Vi uma placa indicando haver elevador para acesso à piscina por cadeirantes, achei bem interessante, mas não vi funcionando. A equipe de recepção sempre muito gentil e solícita, inclusive de madrugada. Informaram que a limpeza dos quartos seria dia sim dia não, mas quase todos os dias das duas semanas em que ficamos esvaziaram as lixeiras e organizaram os banheiros, pra uma família com 5 pessoas as lixeiras se enchem muito rápido, isso foi importante para o bem estar geral.

Cons: Receberam todos os nossos pacotes de encomendas direitinho, mas todas as vezes um pacote ficava sem ser localizado no dia e precisávamos buscar no dia seguinte. Mas nenhum foi perdido, nem danificado. O sistema da lavanderia precisava de moedas para usar, isso é difícil hoje em dia. Não cheguei a perguntar na recepção se trocavam o dinheiro, mas o ideal seria ter opção de utilizar no cartão do quarto e pagar ao final, no check-out.

Buena atencion, ubicacion cercana a los parques, buen desayuno. 10/10.

Pros: Propre. Piscine. Pratique. Juste à côté il y a une gaz station ou l on peut trouver plein de chose à manger et à boire. L emplacement proche des parc Universal. Nous avons bien dormi. Chambre très spacieuse! Vraiment que du positif

Cons: Un peu bcp de monde au petit déjeuné…
