Pros: Excellent service upon check in at reception, beautiful room, awesome shower and water pressure and good breakfast

Great stay in beautiful hotel

Pros: Beautiful property in lovely location overlooking the lake. It has been refurbished since our last stay quite a few years ago and I think it’s better than before. Great breakfast with freshly cooked eggs to order. So pleased that you still do the Evening reception, so great to sit and have a drink and snacks in the evening, very enjoyable Beautiful room, very spacious and spotless clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The stay was fantastic from beginning to end.

Pros: The breakfast, cleanliness of the hotel and service of the staff was nothing short of amazing. The river area was an added bonus. I will be staying again on my next visit.

Cons: The view from the room wasn’t ideal.

Only thing was the deodorizer…

Pros: Great location, fun restaurant and bar… spacious suite .. very nice breakfast.

Cons: Room was dated and at times there was a strong deodorizer smell. The room was very clean.

Cons: It looked like it needed to be dusted throughout, and there were often no towels in the pool area often resulting in us having to ask

Pros: La struttura è bellissima, con tutte le comodità. Enorme parcheggio, centro fitness, ristorante, ottima colazione, camera oltre le aspettative, grande e pulita. Staff gentile e presente. Un soggiorno magnifico.

Pros: Muy bueno nos gusto mucho su piscina techada y climatizada cerca un lago muy decorado por navidad actividades para la familia

Cons: La actividad de la tarde en el hotel debía de ser más movida con más opciones

Great place to end our trip to Orlando!

Pros: The location was close to many restaurants and the social hour was an excellent way to end our last night of our vacation! Breakfast was also fantastic and the staff were all super friendly.

Cons: Full size beds were small and would have been a better nights sleep with at least a queen size bed as we traveled with our children. Fruit choices were limited during breakfast as they were gone after 10 minutes.
