Pros: - Có bếp nấu, xong nồi bát đĩa, dĩa, thìa, dao, lò vi sóng, lò nướng ...đầy đủ - Dầu gội, xả, sũa tắm rất tốt - Phòng khách, bàn ăn chung rất rộng, đẹp - Khu vực yên bình, rộng, thoáng - Không bị giữ tiền đặt cọc sau khi thanh toán đủ (khách có ý thức tốt rất thích sự tin tưởng này)

Cons: - Phòng ở chỉ có 1 đèn ngủ (hơi tối), nên có thêm một đèn sáng khi cần tìm đồ hoặc đọc sách, làm việc trong phòng. - Không có thuốc đánh răng và bàn chải răng - Phòng hơi nhỏ
