Cozy Master Room with Private Bath

Bien.

Pros: The accommodation is close to all the theme parks and everything is close to you, the house is comfortable has laundry on the first floor and second floor, the people are friendly.

Pros: It great place to be for a long stay. I highly recommend.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pros: The only problem was car parking, which was just a bit frustrating as 2 cars could get in the garage, 2 on the driveway, and 1 on the grassed front area, so if you wanted to be away early, you had to be on the drive, otherwise you had to disturb other guests to move there car to let you out. Cant park on the road as your vehicle is towed away! Everything else was brilliant, my room, the allocation of fridge and freezer space along with cupboards to store your food etc was good. Kitchen area gr8 with every device from coffee makers, toaster, ice making, and many other useful stuff.

wonderful 15 day stay

Pros: Our stay at the house was wonderful, everything was very clean and comfortable, the people who stayed in the other rooms were very nice, we never had any problems, the area was beautiful and very quiet, we went out for a walk at night

Cons: We loved everything, only the parking lot of the house seemed small to us with so many cars of those staying there and the other community parking lot was far from the house, but in general everything was wonderful, we arrived \

Exceeded expectations, very quiet and good for couples.

Pros: Quiet, comfortable, other guests are very friendly and staff is welcoming.

Cons: While parking wasn't necessarily an issue, there is very limited parking. I didn't experience too many issues as the other guests and myself were accommodating to one another and moved our cars whenever we needed to for the other guests.

Professor's Visit

Pros: The location is beautiful and private. I enjoyed my morning walks and evening relaxation near the pool.

Cons: All was well.

Pros: A casa é muito organizada. A princípio fiquei insegura por me hospedar com os outros hóspedes e compartilhar a área externa, mas foi uma boa experiência. É um excelente custo benefício. Me hospedaria novamente.

Cons: A única coisa desagradável é o estacionamento no local. Se você não tiver sorte em encontrar uma vaga na frente da casa os estacionamentos são bem distantes. A segunda opção de estacionamento era um pouco mais próxima mas sempre estava cheia, como se os carros não saíssem de lá. A segunda opção era a mais ou menos 1km da casa (cansativo após um longo dia de parque). O condomínio tem muitas áreas verdes, acredito que fazer um estacionamento na esquina de onde fica a casa já resolveria o problema.

Custo benefício bom! Podendo melhorar!

Pros: Da localização e das dependências do condomínio! Area social com piscina muito bem cuidada! Area para fazer caminhadas e ao lado do Walmart. A casa possui lava e seca roupas o que ajuda muito como ficamos vários dias! Tem até passa roupa! O chinês que limpava a casa foi muito prestativo e fez o possível para deixar tudo em ordem nos dias que foi!

Cons: Estacionamento para os carros! São 12 quartos com apenas 6 espaços de garagem! Muito longe para estacionar qdo chega e não tem mais vagas! Pouco espaço na geladeira! Deveria ter pelo menos 3 geladeiras e não duas! Também deveria ter dois fogões e não um! Ou menos um frigobar em cada quarto ou nos andar de cima pelo menos! Ajudaria nos espaços da geladeira! A máquina de lavar louça ficou muito tempo quebrada com louças sujas dentro e não foram arrumar, mesmo sendo solicitado! A piscina em um mês foi apenas uma vez para limpar pq tbm foi solicitado por um dos hóspedes! A limpeza na casa e checagem dos utensílios poderiam ser feitas com maior frequência, pois alguns levavam para o quarto e não devolviam, faltando para todos!

Worth it and great location.

Pros: It’s quiet it’s safe, it’s cozy very clean and friendly staff. And the other people in the house are pretty quiet and friendly.

Cons: Everything is perfect.
