Pros: The houseboat was well stocked with many essentials, bed was super comfy and host was awesome. The back deck was wonderful.

Cons: Patio furniture was a bit worn.

Pros: The houseboat is quaint and comfortable. It was so amazing being on the water next to the Bonnie Lee paddleboat and watching it pull in and out of the dock. A lot of activity is going on around but serene at the same time. The place is super clean, and the bed is comfortable. It is such a great treat to be able to play records on the phonograph. Location is primo. Walking distance to everything. Sanford is so picturesque with great restaurants and shops. Will definitely go back!

Pros: This place is amazing. Very relaxing and so cozy. Very easy walk into town to enjoy all the restaurants and activities. Chris is a wonderful a host and very responsive. Restaurants to try...Christopher, Oddibba (wood fired puzza), Colonial Toom and The Jailhouse.
