Pros: A wonderful private place in a very quiet neighbourhood, close to Sanford Airport. The room and shared bathroom were ok, and the owner went out of his way to help, giving me a lift to the airport early in the morning, and allowing me to leave my suitcase at their place over the weekend

Cons: There is no restaurant, shop, or bar anywhere close by since the city is approximately 20 minutes away by Uber. Not the owner's fault at all, just mentioning it

Visiting friends who live 5 min away. The room was fine and clean.

Pros: Great location for my needs. Visiting friends who live 5 min away. Clean room, I had a choice of rooms. Quiet location.

Cons: Thankfully, I did not have anyone else staying in my side of the house, so I didn't have to share the bathroom or the fridge and coffee maker. If I did have to share the facilities I would not have liked it as much and would have felt the cost was high for a shared house.

My stay was good cause i was the only guest

Pros: Everything in the room and bathroom is clean…thats what i look for! I like the bed!!it was comfy…

Cons: The only thing i kind of wondering is how quiet it is if there are guests next door. The place location is kind of hard to find especially at night….add a coffee creamer maybe???sharing bathroom with another guest is just not my thing…lucky i was the only guest during my stay
