It was a nice stay. No major complaints. Glad I didnt pay for pool as it was full of twigs and unkempt. House was a goo

Pros: The location was great. Lovely gated community.plenty of space in house. Comfortable beds with all mod cons.

Cons: The house felt unloved and untidy. The bathrooms were unkempt with hair in showers and on floors. There was chocolate stains on rug and sofa. Stains on bed cushions in main bedroom at back of the house. On arriving back from a busy day in the parks we couldn’t get into the house. The door would not open. I panicked and rang and texted the number I was given if I had any problems. Got no reply. In the end my husband went to speak to attendant at the front gate who rang a number. He spoke to a lady who quizzed him on did he leave any doors in the back open which we did not. She stated a maintenance man would be out in the next hour or two. We were shattered at this stage. Maintenance man arrived just after an hour and changed the batteries in the key pad on door. So the batteries were gone. Bit of an inconvenience. Would suggest maybe changing the batteries after each stay so it doesn’t happen again. I’m glad we had the car as it was a chilly night. Also the master bedroom could do with lamps. All other bedrooms had them

A beautiful villa in a great location - but I won’t book that particular villa again because of the pool

Pros: The property was very spacious and well laid out. For our family of 4, it meant that we each had our own bedroom as well as our own bathroom. The location in Windsor Hills was perfect.. very close to the community area and all the attractions.

Cons: The pool was north facing and was covered by a huge tree so it never received any sunshine at all! Plus when we arrived, the pool was full of debris from the tree so I asked for a pool clean - which they did the following day. But because of the lack of sun, we didn’t use the pool at all- but we did wander down to the community pool which was gorgeous.

Excellent location, great value for money and extremely close to Disney parks

Pros: The villa was very spacious, every member of our party had their own space and we loved having an ensuite for each room. The pool/billiards table in the garage was a great surprise. The swimming pool was a great size and the gated community was really good and had wonderful facilities and a feeling of safety.

Pros: . Close to Disney. Own private pool. Pool table was a hit with my son. All bedrooms en-suite. Facilities, kitchen etc washer and dryer. Comfortable Spacious. The grounds, club house and pool. Security on the gate. Gated community. Very quiet. Excellent 10/10

Comfortable, spacious, and organized house, and best of all, close to all the main tourist attractions.

Pros: I liked the space of the house, and the location, close to the main parks and convenience stores.

Cons: Unfortunately, the pool heating didn't work, but it wasn't due to a lack of effort on the part of the property owner to fix it.

Ein tolles Haus zum Wohlfühlen und Erholen

Pros: Das Haus war toll und ein einer sehr angenehmen, schönen und ruhigen Gegend. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet extrem viel Platz sowohl im inneren Bereich, als auch im Außenbereich. Da jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hatte, gab es auch kein Problem, wenn sich alle zeitgleich zurecht gemacht haben. Die Anbindung war toll. Man ist in 15-20min in den Disney Themenparks und über die I-4 bzw. Zollstraßen auch super schnell in den Universal Parks und den unterschiedlichsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt zum Team war einfach und sie waren super hilfreich! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Orlando sind. Von uns gibt es eine ganz klare Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft!

It was a great location, great house, just had that problem with the A/C

Pros: The property is in a great location, we enjoyed the pool everyday of our stay.

Cons: The A/C was on a timer and after a day out in the hot humid weather it would have been nice to come home to a nice cool house. However it was hot and sticky and the temp was 89 in the house, it was cooler outside. It would be cool in the morning but during the day and night it was HOT in the house.
