Bom custo benefício

Pros: A casa é ampla e muito confortável. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Localização muito boa, menos de 15 minutos dos parques da Disney, com um posto de combustível e Seven Eleven quase na porta do condomínio e WallMart a 10 minutos.

Cons: A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. As janelas estavam com bastante poeira, especialmente nas persianas. O carpete na parte superior também não estava bem limpo e tem bastante manchas, o que dá uma má impressão. A casa tem uma quantidade razoável de utensílios na cozinha, mas seria interessante providenciarem uma frigideira, uma assadeira/forma para o fogão (para assar pizza) e uma panela de arroz. A foto da piscina, que de cara encanta, não condiz, as espriguiçadeiras são bem simples, de plástico brancas, sem osncolchonetes e almofadas.
