Bom custo benefício, é confortável e o condomínio é ótimo, poderia só dar uma modernizada e arrumar alguns itens.

Pros: Cozinha super equipada. Mesa de atividades no quarto das crianças e mtos brinquedos. Tem bastante travesseiro. Tv com vários canais e Disney+. Boa internet. Sofás e mesa bons. O apartamento é bem espaçoso. Condomínio bom com uma piscina grande, água quente e muito bonita. Academia boa. Bom espaco nos closets e armários.

Cons: O chão está quebrado na área da sala, onde fica a mesa. O que, inclusive, é perigoso porque fica saindo uns pedaços do piso que pode machucar se estiver sem calçado. Poderia ter mais toalhas. Chuveiros parecem mais antigos e não tem muita pressão. O secador de cabelo da suíte esfria após alguns segundos de uso, depois de esfriar ele volta a esquentar. Seria bom comprar um novo. Dispenser de body wash no banheiro da suíte esta quebrado. Por ser apartamento dá para escutar um pouco de barulho dos outros, como o andar da pessoa do apartamento de cima. Máquinas de lavar e secar são antigas, poderiam modernizar, mas ainda assim funcionam. A Tv da sala podia ser um pouco maior.
