Pros: We really enjoy the size and cleanliness of the property.

Cons: We didn’t like that I called the property rental. The instructed us to call and pay for the “HOT” amenities for the pool. They stated 20 per day. I was willing to pay, but the person that answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful and felt he did not care. He did not follow up if the hot water was turned on. I never received and email for the steps I needed to take in order for the hot water to be turned on.
