Great base to visit both coasts - wonderful modern house

Pros: We actually ended up staying at a different property owned by the same company. The morning of our arrival, we were contacted to say there had been an issue with the home and we were being moved to a different house one street away. The new house was pretty amazing though. Kids loved the games room, pool, we made good use of the outdoor kitchen (extra cost). Great communication for the owners.

Cons: The pool was dirty on arrival (green and murky) and not as clear as the other neighbouring pools. As soon as we raised this concern, the pool maintenance team were sent out and it improved over the last few days. A bit more sun in the back yard would have been good - our tree was huge meaning we had shade all day. All in all a wonderful stay though.
