Fantastic house all you need for a great family holiday

Pros: This was a great property to stay at close to theme parks House was well stocked and great set up for a family holiday

Cons: No tea towel in the kitchen Need bigger shampoo and conditioner and soap bottles

Pros: The villa is a good location for a family trip to Orlando. It has good facilities and you'll have a comfortable stay, providing that you're prepared for the additional workload involved in staying in a house rather than a hotel. Things like going to the supermarket for food and so on. If you plan to visit the parks, prepare yourself for Orlando rush hour traffic. It took us about 20 minutes to reach most of the Disney parks (or rather, the parking lot), but heading back in the evening could take up to 45 minutes because of the traffic. The host is very responsive. Good wi-fi.

Cons: Some of the fittings in the house are showing wear, like the frying pans. The chairs in the main room are uncomfortable because the seats are sagging. The shower in one rom delivered tepid water (it got better over the week but never warm). You might be surprised by the $75 fee to use the BBQ and the $60/day asked to heat the pool. We declined on both counts. The pool is probably an easy decision in February when short evenings make it less desirable to sit out.

Pros: Great location to all the parks, nice neighborhood with security personnel who are friendly and helpful. House can accommodate large groups, clean and well stocked with dishes, cups and items needed in kitchen.

Cons: Could have used additional kitchen towels and dishwasher detergent only had one towel and one packet of dish soap for the week.

Nice stay

Pros: The home was beautiful and appeared as pictured. More than enough room for me and my family

Cons: There were some amenities that were either missing or could have been better. Although there were towels available, I would have loved to have washcloths. I try to bring along my own when I’m on trips, but my family had to go out and buy some because there was not one in the home. Also, the furnishing were a bit low to the ground specifically the living room furniture. We have some family members with mobility issues and injuries and getting up and down off of the couches were a bit of a challenge for some. Investing in some really nice family room furniture would be nice. Also when we go on big group vacations, we love to cook and the cookware was very minimal. Lastly, it would be nice to have at least a foot stand inside of the walk-in showers. Other than that the place is great.

Pros: We loved the space, the kitchen was very well equipped, it was clean, loved that there was a bathroom for each room basically

I would stay again

Pros: My family and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very beautiful home. I see that they are in the process of making it even more beautiful. We only had one issue. In two of the rooms, the water wasn't getting hot. However, the host was wonderful she did all she could to have it resolved. It really was no big deal when you have a bathroom in every room, easy to just use another bathroom. This home was definitely a home away from home. Everything you possibly needed was available.

Cons: What we didn't like was in one of the rooms, the light and ceiling fan worked together. So, you couldn't have one without the other and my daughter had to sleep with the light on to be able to use the ceiling fan.

The perfect house for staying off Disney properties!

Pros: This property is one of a kind, the bedrooms were decorated nicely, the pool was clean, and it was the best location!

Cons: Nothing!! It was great!

Comfortable stay

Pros: The home is beautiful and spacious. The furniture/decor is welcoming. The home is located near stores. The garage game room was fun to have. The pool and jacuzzi is a great addition to the home.

Cons: There were minor cosmetic issues with some of the walls. Some of the closet sliding doors need to be repaired. The transition from the carpet to the flooring needs to be repaired. My family wanted the pool and jacuzzi to have a higher heated temperature.

Pros: Esta casa superó mis expectativas !!! La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas increíbles vacaciones, la limpieza excelente, todo al detalle bien pensado para que el visitante se sienta como en su casa , la ubicación muy buena ,hay mucha tranquilidad en esa zona , está cerca de los parques y de muchos lugares dónde comprar lo que necesitas, sin duda recomiendo este alojamiento, nosotros volveremos en nuestras próximas vacaciones!
