Great Home Base for Orlando, Please Follow Host's Stay Requirements else others get the blame...

Pros: Very clean, loved the amenities, had almost everything needed for a family or couples stay. Washer and dryer with detergent were a godsend for relaxing a couple days after an 8 day Caribbean cruise. Loved that they provided a list of how they wanted their property handled. Beds (at least the main bedroom) are comfortable, plenty of room. Again, I cannot stress the cleanliness after being at many places booked like this place.

Cons: ...so, that list of things of how they wanted their property handled, while we followed to a tee, was not followed by guests next door I guess. We got a 'friendly reminder' (btw only real communication received during the stay) that something wasn't followed, and to follow it. We thanked them for the information, but that did leave a bad taste. If that is how they handle rule following guests, I'd recommend they use cameras in the common areas to actually place blame where it should be. This place could be an 11 stars out of 10 stars if not for the blame.
