Excellent townhouse in excellent location

Pros: Good size family house with excellent facilities. Good size bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms and kitchen utensils. Parking facilities and proximity to Disney parks/Universal studios.

Cons: If I had one criticism I would say given our party size of 9 people (4 children, 5 adults) the sofa space was a bit limited. We were mostly outdoors so when we were lounging at the end of the day it would have been nice to have another sofa perhaps.

Cons: Ar não gelou bem em todos os quartos. Água do Chuveiro não esquentou em todos os banheiros Tinha pouco papel higiênico na casa e pouco saco de lixo

Loved our stay

Pros: The house was big, beautiful and clean. Their was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.

Cons: The bed downstairs bed was too hard.

Pros: hi breakfast was not included but the place was amazing

Cons: only one little issue i have which is know big deal the use of the white towels i had to purchase towels for my family to avoid and spots or damage to the towels but other than that it was amazing.

Family spring break travels

Pros: Spacious, clean, great location for everything we came to do in Florida (parks and college tours), nice resort amenities, secure, washer/dryer, supplied kitchen, everything listed in townhome description was there, tastefully decorated, everybody had their own space or could hang together comfortably.

Cons: Nothing. The place was perfect.

Pros: Super espaçosa, camas confortaveis, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, super cheirosos, clean, limpeza impecavel, piscina otima , cozinha e ambiente de uso comum perfeitos. Condominio silencioso. Perfeita tudo exatamente como descrito no anúncios. Com certeza voltarei.

This property was overall amazing! Lots of rooms, beautifully decorated. Whenever there was an issue/problem we were

Pros: The property was very spacious, lots of rooms which made everyone very comfortable etc. The personal pool in the backyard was a hit for my kids, we never even made it to the community pool as they were happy enough to dip in the one out back.

Cons: When we arrived the one master bed frame upstairs was clearly broken so we were unable to use that room our first night, the next day they did bring in a whole new frame so that was nice. The main floor tv (in the living room) was not working upon our arrival, a gentleman showed up through the week and said he was unable to fix it and they would be in contact and then showed up the day before we checked out to replace it. There were still tv’s in all the individual bedrooms but we were unable to watch a movie together as a family at night which was disappointing

Nice comfortable stay!

Pros: The property was vey spacious and clean. The location was good. However, there were minor issues that you would see when living in any house.

Cons: I know the description said “townhouse” but for some reason I wasn’t expecting it to be attached to another’s home. Also, the splash pool was very small. I really couldn’t completely enjoy being there because I didn’t want to be fined if anything went wrong be or an accident happened. I think, mentally, I would be more comfortable in a resort.
