It was clean and easy to get around by Lyft and uber.

Pros: The shuttle to the main parts of the resort was great! There was even a shuttle once a day to each park you book very easily through an app or by calling them. I only used the shuttle to the park once because it took a lot of time to hit the various other hotels. There was an extra daybed with a tv!!! What a great surprise! The place was clean and it was easy to find by GPS. The water park was so fun and plenty of nightly activities!

Cons: Check-in was a disaster. Our instructions had the cottage address so of course we didn’t know where to go. We didn’t know the cottages were a part of the actual hotel part out the gate. No one answered the phone or the help needed bell at the gate. When we checked in we weren’t given a voucher for the water park even though we asked. When we got to the water park we had to wait almost an hour while my husband waited on a shuttle to take him back to the main desk to wait in a long line to get a voucher to get water park tickets. The coffee maker was broken (they brought it on day 2) and it took 14 hours to get linen for the pull out couch.

Pros: It was a beautiful property and very convenient to everything we were doing

Cons: Would’ve liked some extra blankets and cleaning supplies so we could have straightened up more before we left

Overall it was a great stay.

Pros: The resort access & the neighborhood. The location was great! Close to Disney, great shopping & restaurants.

Cons: I thought the kitchen table was too bulky for the space. A sleeker table would give more room to walk around the kitchen without bumping into the chairs & table.
