Pros: * العقار هو بنتهاوس يقع داخل كومباوند متميز بالهدوء والأمان العالي. إذ أن الدخول للكومباوند يكون عن طريق البوابة الرئيسية. ثم تتجه للبنتهاوس حيث يوجد موقف سيارة مخصص مقابل باب البنتهاوس مباشرة * العقار كذلك عبارة عن بنتهاوس من طابقين، ذو بناء فاخر وأثاث رائع، ومطل على بحيرة صغيرة خاصة بالكومباومد. * العقار مؤثث بالكامل والمطبخ مجهز بأغلب التجهيزات باستثناء الأدوات الخاصة بالطبخ لنا كخليجين وسعوديين، إذ من الأفضل إحضارها معك من بلدك كمستلزمات الشاي والقهوة العربية. * يتميز العقار كذلك بوجود عدد من دورات المياه - أعزكم الله- مزودة بشطاف أو هوز مشابه لما هو موجود لدينا في الخليج. * العقار تديره سيدة لطيفة و ودودة جدا ومرحبة بك على مدار الساعة. * أتمنى من إخوتي المستأجرين العرب والمسلمين أن يتركوا المكان كما يحبوا أن يروه. وان يضعوا بصمة لنا كما يدعو لها ديننا الإسلامي الحنيف. الذي يحث على التسامح والمودة والصدق. وأن نحب للآخرين كما نحب لأنفسنا.
