Excellent place to stay for a family! Plenty of room and in a quiet neighborhood

Pros: I like the place. Rooms was nice pool was great. I would definitely book again. The location was minutes away from all the stores and quite.

Cons: I did not like that there ate two tvs in the home. And not one in the three rooms.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood and close to amenities

Pros: Lovely, functional home. Plenty of towels. Pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Lots of kitchen plates, utensils, pans, etc House was exceptionally clean. No smoking inside or on entire property. Quiet neighborhood, Central location to many amenities. Ample parking.

Cons: Needed more toilet paper. Screen door on rear lanai is very hard to close and secure. Bed in second bedroom is a double, not a queen. Couch worn out, could stand to be replaced. Master bathroom barn doors do not provide any privacy while in the bathroom. Rear lanai has a small leak on roof.

Pros: The place was beautiful. Great location. My youngest could not stay out of the pool. We had a nice comfy movie night on the sofa. Oh, and the natural lighting was incredible.

Great option close to UCF campus

Pros: Location was good, very quiet neighborhood, close to UCF for our son's graduation. Lot of shopping/grocery/restaurant options within an 8-10 ride. Every furniture, bathrooms and kitchen items/appliances (bit dated) but fully functional. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons: front entry and backyard needs a little bit of TLC but both Pool and Jacuzzi in good condition and we use them with no issue.

Excellent house with easy access to grocery stores and shopping and within 10 minutes of 4

Pros: We love the hot tub and pool! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and bowls etc. Beds were comfortable and clean. The washing machine and dryer worked great. They even provided 4 pool towels.

Cons: Needed a pot holder and kitchen towel and dish washing cloth. Hot tub had a bad odor the first day however after removing the cover it improved.
