7583 Magic Village jacuzzi 3 suites near 192 and Disney

Would highly recommend and have already rebooked for next year!!!

Pros: The property was beautiful and very tastefully decorated . Really close to all amenities . We loved this property

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect for us!!

The villa was a quiet, well-located retreat that was fully equipped and extremely comfortable.

Pros: Well located, quiet area, very comfortable beds. Well equipped.

Cons: Slight smell outside front door that we couldn’t locate the source. But it wasn’t anything major

Pros: Muito perto dos parques, muito aconchegante e limpa. Anfitriões respondem rápido e são flexíveis. Na chegada, deixaram uma musica na tv e a casa bem cheirosa. Faz muita diferença esse cuidado. Camas muito boas, chuveiros excelentes. Certamente voltaremos!

Cons: Necessidade de pagamento de 65 dolares para usar a churrasqueira. Isso não é mencionado claramente e a taxa é extremamente alta. Para usar a piscina e academia do condomínio (que não são nada demais) mais $100 de taxa. No dia que chegamos a jacuzzi estava ligada e quente. Não iriamos usar e desligamos; no outro dia que queríamos usar, não conseguimos pois o display está queimado e não conseguimos colocar para esquentar.

Pros: Great place. It was 6 of us and we all enjoyed it. Very spacious to accommodate us all. Clean house and everything was up to par as detailed on the instructions. Loved that Disney World was about 10 minutes away from the house. Very quiet at night as well no one really bothered anyone around there.

Cons: The pillows were super soft but that’s just a personal preference. Also the outdoor table was burnt but apart from that the house was great

Pros: Beautiful location, excellent infrastructure. Very comfortable house.

Cons: Condo facilities such as beach volleyball, tennis, swimming pool, etc... ARE NOT INCLUDED, and you have to pay a lot to participate! Not feasible. Be aware!

With a few changes could be the perfect vacation spot!

Pros: The location was great! Close to the theme parks and shopping/restaurants! Beautiful house, clean, decorated beautifully and had all the necessities for our stay! Facilities on the grounds were very nice too! Gated community a plus! Host was very responsive!

Cons: Unfortunately a few things. One was the advertisement mentions the jacuzzi and back porch bbq for grilling, except come to find out these things come at an additional cost. The pool and facilities on the grounds also come at an additional cost. When booking it appears these benefits are included but that’s not the case. The jacuzzi would not warm up and stay warm for our visit so we were unable to enjoy this amenity. Secondly on Friday and Saturday night the clubhouse had parties that lasted well past 2A. The music was set up outside and could be heard and the bass felt in the living room and master portion of the house until the party ended. We contacted the clubhouse on Friday night and were told around 11p the party should be ending, this however was not accurate. Saturday night we were unable to reach anyone and had to leave messages which went unanswered, the music was louder than the previous night and the party lasted until well after 2A. We had an early flight to catch Sunday morning and despite a noise machine and fan we could not successfully drown out the music to rest appropriately. Our understanding from the rules was that quiet hours started at 10p, this obviously excluded the clubhouse. This was the perfect place to stay as a family if frequenting the theme parks nearby. However it would be ideal to include the amenities especially the ones advertised as being on the property (like the back porch jacuzzi and BBQ area) rather than charging additional fees for use. Or at least disclose these separate charges prior to booking. The party music was pretty awful, not sure the best way to manage this issue. The clubhouse wasn’t at all concerned about it interfering with our stay.
