Beautiful Family Villa - Pool and Hot Tub - Near Disney World

Pros: Everything was perfect, we spent an unforgettable week at Florida, the neighborhood was excellent, the house was clean, close to everything , I was traveling with Teenagers, they loved it, and the host was very nice. We will definitely come back there.

Pros: We travel all over the world and have stayed in a ton of different properties. This property is beautiful and very clean. The owner is very responsive and had great communication. There are some small details that need to be fixed like lights hanging from the ceiling, TV shelf in the living room is hanging, back door handle falling off of the door, etc. These were just small things but we are always worried that you may be charged for, when the issues are there when you arrive. (We took pictures of everything). We were just 2 couples staying in the house so we did not utilize all of the fun things for kids, but if I was a kid this would be a great house.

Cons: We asked to have the pool and the jacuzzi heated before our arrive and through booking they said that this request would be completed upon our arrival. Booking and the management company tells you that there is no extra charge to heat the pool and the jacuzzi. But in the reviews I saw conflicting information of a 40$ stay fee to $30 a day fee. We paid $30 a day. Both the pool and jacuzzi were cold upon arrival and the 4 of us where communicating with the owner in the dark trying to start the heat so that we could have it heated by the next day. Neither got even warm enough to get in. Granted it was the coldest Orlando has been in years but just be aware that there is a fee and it will not be heated upon your arrival. (the owner apologized and did refund our daily fee for the inconvenience)

Overall, a beautiful family villa in a great location with just a few minor details that require tweaking.

Pros: The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family. The open layout made it easy to spend time together, and the location was great. It’s deep within a private community. You have to drive to the community center where the lazy river is and restaurants. It’s also less than 25min from Disney.

Cons: The pool required an additional heating fee that wasn’t included in the initial booking, and there were a few small maintenance issues (light bulbs out, a tricky front door lock, ice machine down ….etc etc ). None of these ruined the stay, but was worth noting to the owner.

Pros: The villa and host were amazing. We have no complaints at all. Everything you see in the description is accurate. My family had an excellent stay there. We will definitely recommend this property, and we will stay again when in the Orlando area.
