Overall a good place to stay with young children!

Pros: Great size home, in the heart of Kissimmee. Loved that it had a pool perfect size for our young kids to play safely. Overall a beautiful location. Appreciated all of the update text messages from the host. Over all the bathrooms kitchen and living space was clean.

Cons: The only two things that I wasn’t please about was that the best where not clean. All of them looked used and had dirt, hair, etc. and the entire stay the WiFi did not work.. no TV, and no WiFi for our phone which really put a damper on what we thought was going to be a relaxing weekend away..

Perfect location. Responsive staff. Quiet community .

Pros: Its location within the Disney area. Near grocery stores and restaurants

Cons: The gate pass system is tough. The scanner takes a long time to let the cars in causing back up traffic in the Storey Lake Blvd. I wish they fix this system. A bit of smell on the carpet. I had to powder all rooms and hallway and vacuum to get rid of smell before occupying. The chairs in the dining room are worn out and need replacement. The blinds downstairs are twisted and one was missing.

Toller Familienurlaub! Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden! Personal ist super und hilft innerhalb von Minuten!

Pros: Großes Haus mit dementsprechend viel Platz! Lage ist super! Benachbarter großer Pool toll für die Kids! Karibik Musik am Pool! Bei Problemen wurde sofort vom Management geholfen. Infos auch ständig wegen Hurrikan Milton. Müll wurde täglich geleert! Super Personal!

Cons: Mäusekot am kleinen internen Haus-Pool. Okay, wo Menschen leben, sind auch Mäuse. Wir fanden es trotzdem ekelig, grad wegen der Kinder. Es wurde aber auf Nachfrage sofort gereinigt. Trotzdem bleibt ein wenig das Unangenehme!

Pros: La ubicación muy buena y céntrica, la casa amplia y la privacidad de la piscina y bbq.

Cons: El único inconveniente fue el WiFi que no se conectaba y los cuartos de doble cama deberian ponerles ventilador de techo igual que los otros dos ya que el aire esta programado a una temperatura q no se puede bajar....por lo demás todo bien

Muy incómodo cobros poco “claros” a la espera de devolución Garantía

Pros: La instalaciónes son muy cómodas y limpias. Reúne las condiciones para que una familia se sienta bien, con buen espacio en general.todo muy limpio

Cons: Cargos poco claros a mi targeta de crédito, debí recurrir a Booking para la devolución… han transcurrido 13 días desde el check out y aún no recibo la devolución de la garantías uss$ 750. Pese a que en el contrato especifica que a los 7 días se debe realizar. Lo que me tiene bastante molesto, tenía 2 reservas mismo alojamiento muy poco claros en los cobros… razón por la cual no se si voy a volver a reservar en este lugar…..
