Great property, perfect location
Pros: Great property location, only 10-15 minutes to Disney and across the street from the resort Bar and pool area. Property was superb, loads of space, spotlessly clean on arrival and the amenities starter pack was a nice touch. Kids loved the pool and the TV/cinema area.

Exceptional family holiday made all the better by the accommodation
Pros: Size of the property, closeness to facilities and location. We had a slight issue with the electric keypad for a door and a sliding door not shutting, these were quickly rectified by the host they could not have been better. I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate in staying again.

Pros: The location and amenities are awesome they provide alot of things i would not expect.
Cons: The only complaint was some of the dishes were really dirty and still had old food stuck on. Other than that the house was great

Pros: Casa excelente: muito bem equipada, ampla e aconchegante. Os quartos são confortáveis, com camas de ótima qualidade. Encontramos tudo impecavelmente limpo. Contratamos um dia extra de faxina; embora o serviço seja caro, valeu cada à pena. Na chegada, fomos recebidos pelo Lucas, da Intelli, que se mostrou extremamente educado e prestativo.
Cons: No dia do check‑out, exatamente às 10h, uma funcionária da Intelli (infelizmente não sei o nome) tocou a campainha. Nosso grupo era grande, então estávamos nos organizando com as malas e carregando o carro — algo naturalmente mais demorado. Mesmo ciente disso, a funcionária ficou parada em frente à casa e, de forma ríspida, abriu a conversa dizendo: “Vocês sabem que precisam sair às 10h, certo?”. Entendo que estivesse apenas cumprindo o seu trabalho, mas a abordagem poderia ter sido muito mais cordial e empática.

Excellent stay. Would definitely recommend.
Pros: The house location was perfect. The amenities were great. So much room for all of our family. Loved the club house and pool across the road.
Cons: We had requested pool heat a couple different times before we left for vacation. Never heard back from host. When we got there the pool was freezing. Called the next day and it was turned on but it was only the last 3 days that’s the pool was warm.

Momentos maravilhosos em família !
Pros: A casa é muito espaçosa, conforto , cozinha completa.
Cons: Da acomodação eu gostei muito, apenas o condomínio fecha o portão de entrada de carro às 22 hs , o QR code não funciona e tem que ligar pra portaria principal, causando um certo transtorno. Mas, a casa é excelente!

Casa perfecta!
Pros: Casa muy amplia, cómoda y limpia. La piscina muy agradable. Todos los detalles en cocina y baños para tener de todo a la llegada. La comunicación con la agencia fue buena y resolvieron rápidamente una incidencia con la lavadora.

Fun and relaxing! Just what we needed for our family.
Pros: Everything was great. Very clean, spacious, close to everything from different stores to activities. Bruno promptly responded to all my messages and took care of all the things right away.
Cons: Everything was awesome just heated hot tub would have been icing on the cake for nights.

Confortable con detalles a mejorar
Pros: La casa en general es muy linda y tiene una muy buena distribución de los ambientes . Muy linda piscina y bien ubicada , frente al club house. Es una casa cómoda para compartir con más de una familia
Cons: Los muebles , particularmente sofás , sillas de comedor y butacas de la cocina estaban en muy mal estado . Una de las sillas del comedor no pudimos utilizarla porque tenía todas las patas flojas. Al resto se les sentía el resorte. El agua de la ducha salía con poca presión .

It was a pleasant & pleasurable - relaxing stay & great location across from the Clubhouse with the splash pads
Pros: Convenience of having private pool & jacuzzi. Two separate areas for tv viewing. The rooms with the double beds.
Cons: The fact that we had to pay extra to have the pool & jacuzzi heated & to use the grill. Amenities that should come with the rental of property.
