Custo benefício bom porém com algumas dificuldades

Pros: A casa em si é bem dividida e já tem carpete ajuda na limpeza

Cons: Problemas com sistema de aquecimento; problema com para acessar o condomínio e o código da porta da frente, piso da sala parece estar solto, não consegui tirar o Lixo pois a lixeira estava cheia da hospedagem anterior, ralo do banheiro estava vazando na sala:
