Todo de maravilla

Pros: Todo estaba muy bueno y muy acogedor muy bonita la casa y para comprar las cosas todo queda serca y muy bonita el area la casa está bien distribuida los cuartos y con buen espacio me encanto gracias por todo la pasamos excelente

Cons: Lo único era que la piscina no tenía calefacción pero el jacuzzi si estaba funcionando bien Pero gracias por todo y feliz año nuevo

Beautiful home, comfortable, clean stay

Pros: The home is decorated beautifully, spacious, furnished with quality linens, utensils, and kitchenware. The pool and hot tub were both clean and well chlorinated. The game system and game area in the garage were an added bonus. Having a clean laundry area was both beneficial and appreciated.

Cons: There was only one paper towel roll and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for the week. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms, just a bar in a package (either hand or body) and 1 little tube for shampoo. No other small toiletries. The carpet is showing signs of use / age.

Believe the photos, Take the risk , It is beautiful

Pros: The privacy itself was amazing. The group really enjoyed themselves. My children were satisfied and I was taken away by how the photos of this place speak for themselves this place is actually bigger then what you see online. Marvelous place!

Cons: Trying to settle in was hostile. I have never stayed in a vacation home and I was not sure of how it worked as my group always travels and rents out resorts depending on the reason were coming and how long were staying. The Only issue we experienced was trying to call and getting hung up on multiple times by the registration desk or whoever was in charge on 4-6-23 around 4 and 5 pm. I had to contact property maintenance management and explain the issue. She told me she will make sure that the front desk/ associates would answer and she did. However, after waiting for them to answer they began laughing on the phone and playing around it sounded like children were playing a prank on the phone. However, things could have gone a little more professional for Customer Service/Support. The line was backed up in the street by other renters . The email provided with instructions did not list to go threw check-in it states that if you're pre-registered you just need the code to be able to enter the premises. However, You can not enter with just a code you need to scan the parking bar code in order to get in the gate and be able to access Vacation Home. I was misled and told to go straight to the gate in enter the code.
